Refund Policy

At SoftwarePros, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are available for services purchased from us. We operate under the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

1. 3-Day Full Refund Window

You may request a full refund for any service within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase (i.e., the date your payment is processed). This applies to all services offered by SoftwarePros, including but not limited to:

  • Custom software development
  • Web and mobile application development
  • API & backend development
  • Cloud & DevOps consulting
  • AI & machine learning solutions
  • Social media marketing services
  • Business application development
  • Technology consulting

2. After the 3-Day Window

Once three (3) calendar days have passed from the date of purchase, all payments are non-refundable. Work completed during or after the refund window is considered accepted, and no partial or full refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 3-day period, you must contact us in writing via one of the following methods:

Your refund request must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • The date of purchase and service purchased
  • Your invoice or receipt number
  • The reason for your refund request

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the date we approve the request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Services purchased more than three (3) calendar days prior to the refund request
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, paid advertising spend, software licenses, API subscriptions)
  • Rush or expedited service fees, once work has commenced
  • Custom deliverables that have been fully delivered and accepted

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of services and collection activity as permitted under Texas law.

7. Texas Consumer Protection

This Refund Policy is designed to comply with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices – Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 17, and all other applicable Texas statutes and regulations governing consumer transactions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Texas or federal law.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
